Just got back from a late a.ss night run. Probably wasn't a good idea because now it's 11 and I'm wide awake with school tomorrow.

3 miles in 24:01.

I ate a very unhealthy, large dinner today. Terrible mistake. I was cramping the whole damn time, and it was the worst during the last lap, but I just thugged it out and finished even though it was slower than I wanted to finish. Never eating a giant dinner on a running day ever again.

Just got back from the gym. (Forgot to post my workout Thursday, and yesterday).

Today was biceps and calves:
Curls - 1 x 10, 20, 1 x 10, 30, 1 x 7, 35
Preacher Curl - 1 x 10, 37.5, 1 x 10 57.5, 1 x 8, 67.5
Cable Curls - 2 x 10, 50, 1 x 10, 60
Forearm curl - 2 x 20, 20
Close Grip Pullup - 2 x 10, 90

Toe Push - 2 x 10, 180, 1 x 15, 180
Toe Raise - 3 x 20
Heel Lift - 1 x 10, 90, 2 x 10, 180

Planks - 3 x 20 seconds
Scissor kicks - 3 x 15
Incline Sit Ups - 2 x 20

Cardio:
Bike - 10 miles
Elliptical - 28 minutes
Jog - 1 mile jog, .25 mile walk

Yesterday I worked out with my friend and he wanted to do supersets:

Dumbbell Bench Press
Incline Dumbbell Bench Press

Dumbbell Lateral Raise

Skullcrushers
Close Grip Bench

Lat Pulldowns
Hyperextensions

He also brought his agility ladder and we did some drills on that and some sprints.

Had to go for a 4 pm run today because I'm quite busy today. 2 miles in 14:40, whatever.

My friend is a fu*kin' d!ck. He saw me running as he was driving home. Just as I finished my cool down, I started walking back home and I had to cross the street. I had my headphones in, and he came out of nowhere, pretended to hit me and honked and I flipped out. I have to get revenge somehow.

Tomorrow I'm starting a new lifting routine. I TRUly have never seen another routine like. TRUthfully, I have a feeling I'm going to be sore as hell for the first couple weeks and it might affect my running. But overall I'm TRUly looking forward to starting this new routine tomorrow.
