Kind of tweaked my back/hip again. No where near as bad as last time. Barely got through my squats today and was doing deadlifts after. Felt a little pop and just stopped. It's happened both times after playing a lot of basketball. I think I'm going to go low intensity high reps on DL and Squats till I figure this out. Or maybe switch to sumo deads to see if it still bothers me.

Took a few days off. Going to change up my routine a little bit for now. Going to stick with the 5/3/1 for Bench and OHP. And going to take it easy on the Squats and Deads till I figure out whats going on with my back. I think I'm going to only do squats once a week and deads I'm going to really play it safe. Like 1 plate till I figure sh*t out. Might switch to Sumo deads. Either way I'm getting back in the gym tomorrow.

No. I didn't even go to the doc last time because I didn't have insurance.

I do now though but it's not even sore anymore. I'll probably still go though.

Also I live on the Big Island of Hawaii. I'm not even sure if there are any chiros that specialize in athletic injuries here.
