Damn KD already got 110 mill n he's gonna be in the league for more than 10 years..... He'll prolly beat out Garnett
Some of you n*ggas can't read. That money that KD is making includes his current contract that he signed two years ago. He still has 3 or 4 years left on his deal.

Same thing with Blake Griffin. They added in his 96 million dollar extension.

No one playing in today's league will make more than KG in NBA salary. Unless it's Kobe and he isn't even a guarantee.

One thing u need to realize about KG.. He came into the league at 17 years old.. He was a top power forward and looked at as one of the best players in the league FOR MANY YEARS... He been in the league over 17 years now... His money is warranted...

And whoever tried stickin up for Jordan acting like he took less money for other players or whatever is COMPLETE B.S. Most of MJ's career players didn't make anywhere NEAR the money they make in todays world....

Act like Jordan didn't sign a 1 year 25 million dollar contract..

can't believe KG made more money than Shaq or Kobe in basketball...unfu*kingbelievable
championships cost including salary. Lebron took a huge pay cut to win a championship. If kobe or shaq would have played alone on the lakers they would have made more but not win as many championships. Some people are in it to get rich, and some are in it to win championships. KG would trade that money title for a few more nba titles. Trust me.

Lets not pretend like Jordan wasnt making more off endorsements than anyone else in the league, probably combined.

Jordan wanted to win more than he wanted to get paid tho so he was cool with gettin paid less to give good players/coaches around him.

Whats really interesting is how Jordan and the Dream were in the same 84 draft (Dream 1, Bowie 2, Jordan 3), Jordan being more accomplished, yet paid less over time? (The lost baseball seasons, I forgot). Only 9 players, or 9%, of this list were drafted in the 80's. Ewing 85, Robinson 87, Pippen 86, Dream 84, Malone 85, Miller 87, Divac and Kemp 89 and Jordan 84. Two guys from the 90 draft (Coleman and Payton) and thats it. Some great players paved the way for some average to below average players to get paid disproportionate salaries not commiserate with their production. i.e. 51. Brian Grant 73. Dampier 91. Hedo 96. Dalembert.
