Really, because they have different musical taste?
Yeah. Regionally I'd say if you're east of the Mississippi, i wouldn't be surprised by them not picking Hit Em Up. Especially if they were born before the 90's.

Bay Area rapper, biggest song was Ghost ride it if you remember that.
Royce lost to Fab at a freestyle battle and i think Royce said some things in a freestyle so fab dropped this

Then Royce responded with Who got Bodied.
They ended the beef after that because it was turning into a Bay Area Vs Detroit thing and they didnt want it to go that far.

What if I like Hit 'Em Up but find other diss tracks more enjoyable to listen?
Then that would be a different topic.

For example, Hit Em Up is my answer, but I listened to The Sauce, Ether, & Nail In The Coffin way more since 1996.

Maturity level? Terrible sense of humor?

You reached pretty hard there. It's okay to disagree.

That's what I'm saying.
But just because I played a song more, doesn't make it the GREATEST. I mean... It took sh*t to a personal level never seen before. There's a difference between Cube saying n*ggas got fu*ked by a white boy with no Vaseline and saying you fu*ked a n*ggas wife and taking on a whole region...

No I didn't "reach pretty hard there", you said the exact same thing in reverse order, then you come at me like a complete fu*king hypocrite. You just said if they don't pick hit em up you know where they are from and when they are born...

Hit em up is overrated as fu*k, there are many disses better than hit em up. I am not overly entertained by fat and yo momma jokes mixed in with fake claims of violence being rapped in a very simplistic rapping style. Again you seem like the type of person to overrate anything as long as tupac did it, hit em up was essentially a school yard high school rap battle diss that would draw laughter from the 20 ppl standing around. Where as other disses in rap history had the same laughable lines without being childish/corny and also ended or severely hurt the other rappers career while being far more lyrical than hit em up.

I reached for making a factual point that if you're from, say New York, and you were born before 1990, you may not like Hit Em Up? And the reverse from the West Coast? Really? you got emotional and attempted to make a point about me that you can't back up with any fact. Just because you think it's childish and corny doesn't make it so. By your logic any hip-hop diss track is corny and childish.

I seem like the type of person...LOL. That doesn't hurt my feelings at all. I'm a 2pac fan, but then again I'm a just as big an Eminem and Cube fan too, so why didn't I choose their tracks? Talk your sh*t to someone else.
