I actually liked recovery
that's because it was a good album.. i only skip On Fire, Not Afraid, You're Never Over and the Rhianna one... otherwise it really is a solid album, those songs just got played out to quick and On Fire seems like a leftover from Relapse... people just love to hate, you'll find them everywhere.
People are absolutely crazy and just plain haters if they say Relapse and Recovery are bad albums...the rhymes on those albums are better than anything else out...the problem is too many people like the trap/gangster /money rap which is so simple so when they hear a song with context and complexity they say it sucks..
i couldnt stand Relapse after awhile, it really has no replay value at this point, to me at least... i got really sick of those accents and quick... but i love Recovery, id personally put it up there with his first 3 albums... and i agree with you on the fact that people like that same bullsh*t that has been done over and over and over, only a few rappers do it at this point where it still sounds fresh (Jay, Kanye, T.I., etc)... ive actually seen people say Waka Flocka is one of the best rappers alive... i mean, seriously? i guess it's just taste and where you come from, but i seriously dont understand the infatuation with him.. i listened to his Triple F Life album and i thought i was listening to one super long a.ss song the whole time.
