The only reason Tyson chandler D West & Peja played that well was because CP3 elevated their games with his passing & playmaking. Take him off that team that year they would probably be

26-56 instead of 56-26

Peja>Odom? gtfo
2008 Peja 16/4>>>2008 Odom 14/10

The only reason odom started was because the lakers had no one better. Odom is a bench player on a championship sqaud(like he was on the 09-10 teams)

2008 Chandler and Bynum is a toss up, but I'd give the edge to Tyson cause he as there the whole season Nd was better defensively

Its hard to compare the playoff successes of teams from different years since they obviously played different teams but youre right that Houston team shouldve had more playoff success.

When it comes to Tmac on the Magic tho, his greatness was enough to bring the Magic to the playoffs, but not good enough to carry those scrubs to a victory over more balanced teams.

01-02 Roster:
02-03 Roster:
03-04 Roster:

No perimeter player could've won with those squads. fu*k Pat Garrity and Grant Hill's fragile a.ss for wasting Tmac's prime

Tmac probably had the worst starting 4 of all time...
at least AI had the BEST DEFENSE in the NBA backing him up.
Dikembe is probably the GOAT shot blocker

Vaughn
Giricek
Gooden
Declerq
or
Tyronne Lue
Keith Bogans
Juwan Howard
Drew Gooden

Magic have the worst front office in the NBA...

on that roster there were many injuries that year, along with Tmacs

Rafer
Tmac
Battier
Scola
Yao
-
Mike James
Landry
Dikembe was decent tho

when he was on the rockets it was all about staying healthy towards the end.
but in the beginning from 04-07, Rockets didnt surround them with any help.
it was just Tmac n Yao.

Sura
Wesley
Juwan Howard
Scott Padgett
Moochie Norris

then they replaced Sura with Rafer n Jon Barry

then they added Stromile Swift n traded Rudy Gay for Battier I was a Gay fan too (no ocean)

Rockets didnt make a decent team til injuries caught up with Yao n Tmac in 08-09
