People saying 100% fruit juice or even getting a juicer and doing it yourself are probably oblivious to the fact that fruit contains a ton of sugar themselves. Just because it's fruit doesn't make it 100% healthy. A lot of people I know don't know that eating 5 apples a day, some grapes, and an orange is just as bad (sugar and carbs wise) as a soda. Obviously it's better to eat those with natural sugars and nutrients than to drink a soda, but you sugar nuts look fu*kin stupid when you say not to drink certain stuff because of sugar then go ahead and stuff tons of fruit into a juicer. Obviously, glucose sugar is natural and a lot healthier than high fructrose corn syrup, but it's still bad if you go overboard. The lesson is moderation, ALWAYS AND WITH EVERYTHING. Someone who drinks one 12 oz soda a week vs someone who drinks fruit juice every day is no difference at all. I'll continue to have my 1-2 lemonades a week. The rest of you can keep thinking that you're going to get 5-10 more years on your life than me.
