its not like "just drinking a monster". Monster doesn't have creatine (which you need, maybe not if you juice), some have more amino acids than others (but if you dont drink amino acids separate during your workout, you should), some have glycocarn (can be taken separate, increases pumps), obviously stimulants for endurance, strength, focus (monster does NOT do that). Regular monsters also have simple carbs, sugar. Diet monsters have artificial sugar (spikes insulin, can increase fat storage at a small rate), maltodextrin (a way to sneak in carbs).
I mean, there's others. Being all natural is fine if you don't need the push, but its way more than that when it comes to results.
