I live in Miami and my wife is Cuban, born and raised 10 years in Cuba. Cubans might be oversensitive ppl but its probably because they live in a sh*thole of a country where they live in constant fear of persecution. They have to live a life that Castro tells them to live. The country is beautiful, but no Cuban citizen can enjoy that because its all for tourists. If a Cuban is caught in a tourist area, they go straight to jail.

As far as overthrowing Castro goes, Castro gave his citizens the right to own registered firearms but then repossesed them. The ppl there are malnutritioned, weak and unarmed, a perfect scenario for Castro to remain in power without fear of a revolution. Anybody that even utters anything negative about Castros regime will more than likely be imprisoned and executed.

And ppl here do give a sh*t about what happens in Cuba cause 99% of their family members still live there.

All that sh*t you spewed was mad ignorant and just sounded like you were venting off the strength of a bad experience you had with a Cuban
read my post on page 3, should explain everything for you

and no i don't hate cubans, stop the nonsense.

The results of collateral damage doesn't constitute terrorism
So isn't it "collateral damage" from a holy war when innocent civilians die? Its not like America doesn't know that Al Queda and various terrorist cells have "declared war" on America.

I doubtthe parents of thousands of innocent children would consider their kids collateral damage.

Views like yours is the exact reason why other countries feel the way they do about us.

Nobody in this thread knows wtf they are talking about . I posted this about 2 pages ago ,but you all still want to talk like you know what the situation is in Cuba. YOU DON'T.

The man stepped down 4 or 5 years ago .STFU
You posting articles from 2008 like Cuba is a new country now

Homie nothing has changed in Cuba since he stepped down, his brother is the leader and all of the same people are in power.

Castro just too old to do anything anymore. They will remain a socialist nation as long as they remain in power.

let me get this right

these cuban immigrants left cuba because fidel was a dikk and took away their freedoms including their rights to have freedom of speech....so they hop on a boat...come to america...and then scrutinize someone because he expresses his freedom of speech?? hypocrisy at its worst

reminds me of the early puritans who left england for religious freedom and then come over here and start k!lling people for not following their religious dogmas

Of course the parents wouldn't feel that way, that doesn't change the fact that it's collateral damage. And running civilian airlines into a civilian building isn't civilian collateral damage...how can you even try to rationalize that thought???

And views like mine are established in any and every war room...this is war we're talking about, not peace. You try to do the most possible damage while trying to keep civilian deaths to a minimal, but there will never be a war where civilians don't die in this day and age.
