Did you read the article? She couldn't take the barrage of insults/criticism/etc coming from emails and such. If other information arises, so be it. Until then... she committed suicide after receiving all of it.
Sad none the less.
That's not how life works. Yes that's what the article says so that's what you choose to believe, but that doesn't determine reality. Whether or not they find/disclose more info has no impact on what happened. I'm not saying that she didn't commit suicide because of the bullying, but to say she did until contrary evidence is found is backwards. And his point seemed more to try and urge compassion or rather understanding for all the trials she may have gone through. Just because she didn't k!ll herself right after a different incident doesn't mean it did not contribute to her decision.
The majority of the posts in this thread are disappointing. I hope you all realize soon that the prejudices that fuel your racism and biases are cultural differences, not innate racial traits. Even those of you who challenged the initial racist post did it from a biased and hateful viewpoint so your messages were lost to bigotry.
It's so ridiculous that people are trying to determine the race of someone in a photo that has obvious color alterations. As though that makes it acceptable for it to have occurred or for them to have laughed.
