3 plates is legit IMO. I started working out in mid October 2011 and I can do 2 plates now, was pretty happy with that considering how weak I was when I first started. (5'8" , weigh 160ish right now)

not one of them reps count in my book. Bad spotting. Spotters are there to make sure you don't die, not to help you lift the weight on rep 1. C'mon man.

I'm 5' 8" 170lbs and I can do 315, but I'm not going to sit here and act like it's benching a feather like some of these fakes up on Boxden. sh*t is heavy.
