knicks need to use lin as trade bait, package him with melo or something and see what we can get. lins solid, can pass the ball, but tries to do way too much. he seems grounded in interviews but plays the game like his head is gassed. i cant remember the last time the knicks were smart enough to trade an average player while his stock was the highest. usually were the suckers that trade for the overrated players. for once we need to get more than we should for a trade piece, kinda how denver swindled us out of gallo,felton,wil and them.
not too mention even tho his a.ssist numbers look good, we're a jump shooting team. he gets quite a few a.ssists for doing nothing but kicking the ball to walker or novak for a 3, or amare for his 16 foot jumper. lets not act like this dude is shredding the d and getting us lay ups.
