so Swizz Beats dont take a hit?
They also seized guns, cash and artwork

Also, this is a really serious crime. I doubt he's gonna bounce back from this since he was actively promoting piracy.

yeahh but they don't sell clk dtm here in the u.s but that is an clk dtm the American version is the clk black series
There are two CLK DTMs in Seattle and a total of about 12 in the US, but the Black and the Dtm are two very different cars.
IT goes CLK GTR > CLK DTM > CLK BLACK > CLK AMG 63 > CLK AMG 55 > CLK

Someone tell me how they could just arrest this man? Tax evasion? What? Just because his site had copyrighted material on it? They couldn't say "Take it down within 24 hours or we'll arrest you." ? They can just bust up in his sh*t and do whatever? fu*king american judicial system man. America in general...
actually the FBI tried for multiple years to work with megaupload and they just never took down copyright stuff

For 1 he is NOT a citizen of this country nor is he a terrorist. So what are his rights and if convicted where will he do his time? Guantanamo Bay? With the burden of proof resting on the prosecutors, I'll be shocked if he'll be convicted of a crime warranting incarceration. His defense should be headed by the best islamic practicing lawyer from the eastern hemisphere that speaks english fluently, the best that money can buy.

Peep the US's failed attack on Rapidshare from Switzerland...

Megaupload is a completely different case. Kim is a fu*king idiot for not thinking something was wrong with their business model. This is what Mega did wrong, they will have a hard time defending themselves from this...

The indictment states that the conspirators conducted their illegal operation using a business model expressly designed to promote uploading of the most popular copyrighted works for many millions of users to download. The indictment alleges that the site was structured to discourage the vast majority of its users from using Megaupload for long-term or personal storage by automatically deleting content that was not regularly downloaded. The conspirators further allegedly offered a rewards program that would provide users with financial incentives to upload popular content and drive web traffic to the site, often through user-generated websites known as linking sites

This is from the CEO of MediaFire, Derek Labian

“We don’t have a business built on copyright infringement.” Labain said. “Like many other cloud-based sharing services like Box.net and Dropbox, we’re a legitimate business targeting professionals.”

When it comes to Megaupload, Labian described Kim Dotcom and his organization as “shady” and said the $175 million in revenues the company made should give people pause. He noted that Megaupload’s structure gave users monetary rewards for uploading pirated content. Users of the service could upload without a cap but users who want to download a large file (or download it faster) would have to pay for it. Those who uploaded the best files would be given free account upgrades or even cash.

“Megaupload was making a ridiculous amount of money with a ridiculously bad service,” Labian said. “We frankly don’t see ourselves in the same space.”

Not to mention their streaming services that had a sh*t ton of TV and movie shows on it
