Thats called structuring you can still get knocked for that.

If you only have 25k just use it as cash to pay sh*t off. If you are trying to deposit 25k at a time and you are gonna do this multiple times then you need to get some real things put in place.
^^^ THIS; unless you plan on earning interest on your cash while in the bank you might as well just keep it

Most offshore banks will still report to the IRS. Most Swiss banks do at least and many other ones like to report.

Yes most do, but not all. Example is New Zealand, and there are many others. I name New Zealand because they have a great banking system. If you do some research you can find out which report and which don't.

I didnt say to throw the whole thing at it, but if he doesnt want to sit on all that cash its the perfect thing. They are small, take up much less space, and will always be worth what you bought them for.

edit: not to mention its a perfect way to wash your dirty a.ss laundry son.

buy $20k in u.s. treasuries bonds, safety deposit box in the bank, and deposit the rest in cash. or go get a dba, and set it up as a trust or charitable foundation, and put the money in there. lots of ways besides a regular deposit.

Singapore is another country that is great for offshore banking:

Then you have Cook Islands, Panama, Nevis, Andorra and Monaco. If you are looking for the most private offshore account, go for Cook Islands. If you are looking for the most secure offshore account with great privacy go with Singapore. However, I suggest you research more into the banks/financial institutes in each of those countries I mentioned. The pros and cons are different with each country.

Why would you want to do that man? My bank account is always below 2,000 dollars. LMAO.
Get one of them fireproof, gun proof safes, keep it stashed hidden with all your money. IRS or the bank does not need to know how much money you have. Your money is always in your hands, and you know how much you SPEND. Instead of sliding that card and getting charged here and there when using ATM's. You open up your safe, grab how much you need, and you don't have to worry about spending money like crazy cause you get to SEE visually how your money is being spent! These banks use your money for their gains anyway, meanwhile if you ever go into minus, they charge you for using THEIR money. fu*k them! Keep 2,000 at most in the bank, everything else..keep it stashed
