you're on drugs. they would not let him just walk to dallas over the summer and get nothing for him in return. they traded for the man its not like they drafted him or got him in free agency.

also orlando will have some cap space to fool around with this summer if jameer doesn't pick up his player option and, we waive daniel orton, trade jj and/or ryan anderson for some pics etc.... we might have around $13-15mil to fool around with. dwight can exercise his early termination option this summer and instead of taking the max he can take a lil pay cut.

we aren't really in cap hell anymore. only bad contract we have is hedo. waiving gilbert did wonders for our cap situation.
im on drugs because im 100% sure nets wont trade Deron? Billy King is going for the home run if he strikes out he strikes out, but he isnt going to bunt. Nets are all in on Dwight and hes made it known he wants to be here we just gotta let it all play out. Once Brook comes back the fun begins. Dwight knows while Brook is injured theres no way nets can trade for him.

You guys have no cap space man and Jameer has no player option

High cost of living in New York? For a superstar basketball player who makes millions playing a game?

Get the fu*k outta here.
Amare got rid of a NYC pad due to the cost and during the lockout. Just cuz your rich enough to afford it dosent make it always a good idea to go buy it! Do got for kids. NYC private school tuition? City tax is a bi*ch and a fly crib anywhere else in this country will be WAY cheaping then copping one in Manhatten fit for a NBA baller and his family. The you gotta figure parking and other city sh*t your gonna have to deal with and or pay for. D Will one of the few uin the league that understands $$$ and how to use it to your best! Maybe cuz its cuz he already had 4 kids at 27? Either way more of the youth (especially b;ack youth) then to learn this sh*t and stop going broke the min ur hurt, locked out, etc within 3 years like you wasnt get paid stupid $$$ b4 some BS happened to you!

I know d-will personally, went to school together, dude is smart, he will prob come back to dallas, last time i saw him we went out for a friends mutal birthday, and he paid for everything. he even let us see his brand new bently and get inside, dude is more humble than most think, he wasnt all hyped up in highschool and only made a serious name for himeself in the ncca tourney, he will play his cards clsoe to the chest...

lol@hoophype. very incorrect.

jameer has a players option and jj is non-guaranteed. and we have a few pieces we could move around to clear cap (minus turkeyglue). only thing hoopsworld got wrong is Jrich's salary. its $6.5mill not $8.25mil (plus the 4th year is non-guaranteed)

dwight now more than ever has no reason to go to nj. he let it be know he wanted a trade due to otis smith ignoring his requests not because he wants to truly play in a big market. right now he's softened his trade request (though its still out there) and is still giving the organization a chance to cook somethingup by the trade deadline. since the season started he's shown no signs of giving up on this team and has been as involved as possible. Our president/CEO alex martins said he's approaching the situation like la/kobe a few years ago.

meanwhile your boy Dwill doesn't seem too happy and couldn't give 2 fu*ks to stay in nj. i'm sure after that blow out last week even dwight realized if he goes there the team would just consist of him and dwill and below average role players.

two players in 'win now' mode and nj definitely has the sh*ttier team.

D Will and D Howard to Mavs next year. Cuban has been preparing for this exact scenario and it's looking more and more like it's going to happen. He basically blew up his Championship team, because he knew these guys were going to be free agents after this season. I wouldn't be surprised if both Howard and D Will, talked about it already.

I live in Orlando, would love for this to happen, but that's WAY too much wishful thinking. Jameer is definitely going to pick up that option, he would be crazy not to. Trade all those guys without taking back salary? Dwight taking a pay cut to STAY in Orlando with Otis Smith? Never happening. And Hedo is going NO WHERE unless it's in a trade involving dwight. Nobody wants that contract.

And otis just gave J Rich a big contract too If I was Dwight, I'd leave

morons don't even read this is in regard to Nike and his endorsements

if any person in here actually think the nets will trade Deron to the magic you are beyond delusional. Billy King is all in regardless whether he stays or goes... if he chooses to leave he leaves money on the table, as does Dwight if he doesn't get traded by the deadline.

He is unhappy because he is playing like sh*t...

Nets lost. He's gone for sure. He's already saying he don't care about a big market puting out substile hints for his departure.

He's a jerk anyhow, and heard a lot of players don't want to play with him because he's always pointing fingers and sharing no blame in losses. Remember watching a Nets game this year and Marshon Brooks fell hard, rest of his teammates rushed to his aid to help him up, Dwill being the closes looked at him and just kept walking in the opposite direction.
