This is how I feel.

Only I'd say Be > Resurrection > Dreamer / Believer.
Hard for me to put anything above resurrection man, it was my first cd I ever bought back in '94, i can still jam that sh*t 1-end over and over haha

@ballergenetics

refer to the second sentence, fit those albums anywhere you like i knew somebody would come at me with that sh*t already... I enjoyed all those albums, resurrection and be were the best albums from common to me and dream/believer with dIoN on every beat is just crazy...

Resurrection > be > Dreamer/Believer!

insert water for chocolate, one day itll all make sense, can i borrow a dollar wherever for the hipsters and underground heads..

I'm giving common the benefit of the doubt and chalk up that afrika bambaataa bullsh*t as a phase like electric circus when he was dating erykah badu

common sense chi town legend :agreement6:
You have to go back and listen to electric circus, I did had that sh*t in my whip for like six months straight. Electric Circus was before it's time.

I felt like between me you and liberation is up there with dear mama by pac all that I got is you by Ghostface k!llah and Slippin by DMX as one of the realest most relevant songs in hip hop history and that song was on electric circus.

Those are just from the last page that's how you can tell it's a great album. My favorite song was raw.

just listened to between me you and liberation, that sh*t definitely goes hard man.. but as far as introspective stuff goes I feel like it was pretty straightforward (the 3 situations that is, not the metaphors woven inside the verses) and the rhyme scheme was a bit linear.. compared to another similarly deep verse like his verse on respiration w/ blackstar

not trying to say that song isnt on a classic level, just common has a LOT of conscious songs that are dope as hell

Just finished, the only let up on the album imo is Gold. Everything else is flame. Funny thing is that I usually don't fu*k with production like this but I like almost all of the beats. Common's flow is refreshing, a different sound than what I've been hearing this year. The subject matter for the most part is beautiful & very genuine.

I refuse to rate it right now, but yeah it is >>> TM 103. I'm glad I took the time out to listen...
