CP3 Trade MIGHT Go Through?

AlexKennedyNBA Alex Kennedy
I've talked to a number of agents today. They all believe that David Stern will eventually allow the CP3 trade to go through. We'll see.

I read on the bottom-line of ESPN that the owners who disputed it are appealing it now I think is what it said

Bruh.. that was the BEST offer the Hornets were going to get for Paul.

Now they will be left with nothing when he leaves on his own.

Where's the upside in blocking this trade?

Stern just commented on the deal. Basically told the whole league to stop low-balling the Hornets or Paul is going nowhere.

Not sure how I feel about that.

Stern knows cp3 = dwight trade to Lakers and the league will be ruined.

Ultimately making the whole Lockout about "making the league more balanced" look like a joke.

Depending on the timeline as to when Kennedy talked to these agents and when Stern issued that statement..if Stern just issued that then this sh*t ain't happening. Stern seems resolute.

the ability to sell the team is >>> than the option of cp3 leaving which would cause the league to still own the Hornets since no one would buy them without CP3

Is the combination of Wade, Bron and Bosh not better than Kobe, CP3 and D12?

I mean you have the best SG, best SF and top 5 PF against the second best SG, arguably (due to injury) best PG and best C.... seems pretty even to me.

It's not a bad deal under the circumstances. I'm not sure what Stern's real motives are to be honest..

I'd take Lebron and Wade over CP3 and Kobe but Dwight is the most dominant Center since Prime Shaq and how much better he is then Bosh outweighs the other variables so yes Kobe, CP3 and Dwight would sh*t all over Lebron, Wade and Bosh. And that's coming from a Heat fan and Lebron stan.

Draft picks weren't even swapped, which in turn could be used with Bynum to get Howard etc....

Stern is blocking it because of future moves that would come after this trade, and honestly the league would be so lopsided it'd be like the MLB for years making the salary cap utterly useless.
