Yela's numbers arent too surprising considering he's not all over radio and video outlets like that.
Still it makes you wonder: What was the point of signing with Shady/Interscope if he wasn't gonna get that push? I think he could have done these numbers by himself like his last album
As for Rhianna, she always has "low" first week numbers (150-180k) but Def Jam and her team always push the album and drop 4 or 5 new singles and a ton of money in that sh*t anyway to ensure platinum (which usually means other dudes on that label dont get the push or budget they deserve). I always find it strange that everyone else keeps getting their budget cut but her and Rick Ross continue to be funded despite the fact others could probably do the same numbers with half the budget.
