over 5000 calories a day and he remains "well below 10% bf"?
shouldn't you be the richest man on earth by figuring out how to do that? or could it be that you're completely full of sh*t?
For one he hasn't been eating like that for that long. About 3 months at most so its not that much. I'm sure if he kept it up for a year or so he would be well over 10% bf. Another thing is he was already super lean. I exaggerated on the well below part but there is no way he's over 10% yet. He might be at 10% at the very most. He is shredded. Also we practice hard everyday so i'm a.ssuming he's burning a sh*tload of calories. I was just using him as an example of how much you have to eat to make gains when you are a skinny high school athlete, which is normally the ones who say they are hard gainers.
