Dude has no weapons. Mercedes Lewis straight fell the fu*k off from last season and dropped an easy TD. When you factor in his lack of playmakers + ravens D he played good, maybe great is a little too much props but he didn't turn the ball over and that's most important in his spot.
He didn't turn the ball over. And that's all you can say. He was making terrible reads, and even worst throws. The game is just wayyyyyyy too fast for him right now. He really shouldn't be playing yet. Yes he has no weapons but that doesn't excuse his terrible throws. He held onto the ball way too long most of the night and when he felt the pressure and scrambled the only thing he could think about was gettin outta bounds.

I mean dude couldn't even get them in the redzone and Jones-Drew had over 100 yards....

lol flacco isnt the problem.

that offensive line had a pitiful game

no one got open

and cam cameron gave the ball to ray rice 8 times even though the jag-offs never had a big lead.

an overall pathetic offensive performance. as a whole the game may have been one of the worst offensive games ive ever seen,

what? he got them in the redzone 3 times genius. Jones-Drew fumbled on the 1 yard line which would of been a TD for the Jags. Then, Marcedes Lewis dropped a perfectly thrown ball for a TD causing the only short FG for Scobee all night.

Gabbert played just okay, not good or bad against one of the best defenses in the league. You got to feel for this kid, he's played top defenses his entire time starting this year. Bengals, Steelers, Ravens the top 3 defenses in the league all back to back to back, the Bengals game had 30 MPH winds. Saints blitz happy D. His first game against the only weak defense in Carolina was in a monsoon where fans in the bottom row were up to their waist in water.

It's obvious he shouldn't be playing right now because the game is too fast for him still but he's hanging in there and not losing them games unlike Luke McCown against the Jets (4 Ints in 3 quarters.) the kid's got 4 TDs and only 2 Ints, and arguably should have a few more TDs with all the drops by Lewis in the endzone.

Marcedes Lewis fell off hard. Dude robbed Jacksonville blind.

He did get them into the red zone and Mojo fumbled at the 1... He's looked much better in other games last night was probably just more of the Ravens D blitzing his a.ss like crazy.

Jags are one of the most underrated teams, despite what their record says. Gabbert is just a game manager right now, he's doesnt make many plays, but he doesnt make mistakes either. Jags organization should give Del Rio a couple more seasons also. M. Lewis has dropped two touchdowns that I can recall, One vs Cincy and one last night.

You thinking Del Rio needs a couple more seasons. Gabbert has made plays though.... he's made a few pretty passes to Jason Hill for TDs. Its not that he can't make plays our O-LINE has struggled, our WRs cant get open, and our big money TE has completely fallen off the map this year.

Alshon Jeffery needs to come on down.

I'm glad one of the defensive veterans said something about the playcalling....the defense has to be fu*king angry and tired of this pathetic offense over the years. Like wilbon said on PTI....there wasting away a great defense and hall of famers.

How you figure he isn't? Flacco is part of the problem he has been inaccurate this year and his completion percentage is down and Cam "IHOP Menu" Cameron is right up there with him. People can't get open? They had a whole first half to figure that out...so no adjustments made by the coaches? Quicker routes, bunch formations, something......they claim Cam is suppose to be a great coordinator.

All I know is every time Ray Rice fumbles at critical moments Flacco gets blamed for the entire game . Same sh*t happened in the playoffs last year. Ray Rice fumbled and the momentum went right to the Steelers.

Yea, but last night that Rice fumble lead to zero points and zero momentum. That playoff game rice fumbled and so did Flacco on a snap.

I think it led to the Jags 3-0 lead. But that might be the time MJD fumbled on the 1 ultimately. But that switched the field position big time because then the Ravens had to punt and the Jags were already on the other side of the 50 again. Then it was Scobee time, 3-0.

Jags defense just went nuts last night, I don't think any offense was going to do well against them last night. They stepped up to an elite level out of nowhere. They've been good and great at times this year but that was elite stuff Monday. Mathis looked like he was back in 2004 out there and Derek Cox (now the Jags best CB) coming back from injury boosted the pass defense big time.

I know Flacco has struggles and the Ravens offense drops the ball some games but 7 points? They ran into an ambush. Look at the scores they put up the three games before this one. 7 points isn't purely on the offense, that's the defense too.
