Am I the only one that does this?

I smoke half a blunt before running or lifting, then I smoke the rest of it afterwards to help me calm down. The weed really eases my body and mind. I always felt like this was a great feeling/combination because you get both the weed high and the runner's high.. In addition, the weed helps tremendously with the aches and pains.

Maybe I'm just weird like that but I think the benefits of marijuana have been overlooked too often.

If your looking to add mass, it also helps you eat lol.

But seriously this does work. I've been doing it forever. My endurance goes up a ton too, I think being high helps balance your breathing while exercising way easier.

for me its a hit an miss. Alot of times I get a great workout in and everything feels smooth. I like it more too. But if i just smoked a head indica strain ill be lazy as fu*k lol I hate indicas lol

I recently started doing some boxing type workouts in the a.m (roadwork, shadow boxing, hitting the bags) and i smoke before and it gets me through the workout with ease especially with good music but i don't smoke before i hit the weights later on in the day i have before and i don't like the feeling of lifting high but i do smoke after tho

I workout 2 body parts per day, 4 days out of the week. Go home later on and smoke a bleezy about 7 days out the week. Works fine for me.

I do the same thing. I'll be in the zone whether it is running or lifting weights, I just feel a lot more concentrated when I'm working out high.

Especially when it comes to cardio, I can run for hours without getting bored and I will just keep pushing on.

I trained for and ran the whole SF marathon while being high 24/7. That's all I did was smoke weed and run. I parked a couple miles away, after the marathon I was too tired to walk to my car so I took a cab Rolled a blunt in my car while still sitting in the parking garage and smoked what had to be the most epic blunt while I drove back home, got out of the car and my legs almost collapsed from being so sore.

basically, its kind of a waste of a workout cause youre really not getting anything out of it except exercise.. if youre trying to get bigger, i wouldnt suggest smoking before
