A Complete List Of Jailed Rappers in 2011 And Almost Half Are Facing 25+ Years

On June 17, 2010 Lil Boosie was indicted on federal charges on first-degree murder of Terry Boyd.[6] He also faces charges for three counts of possession with intent to distribute narcotics (Schedule II-Codeine, Schedule I-Ecstasy and Schedule I-Marijuana), three counts of "conspiracy to commit possession with intent to distribute narcotics", and two counts of "conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution".[6] He has stated that he is innocent of these charges.[7] District attorney Hillar Moore stated that the k!lling seemed to be "over turf". If convicted, Lil Boosie may face the death penalty. Prosecutors have stated that they believe the rapper may have been involved in at least five other murders.[8] On June 28, Lil Boosie entered a not-guilty plea in a Louisiana court room. While Boosie's defense addressed the fact that the rapper has several ongoing cases, they emphasized that he is not a murderer.[9]
Max B
Time: 75 Years

According to authorities, Max sent his ex-girlfriend, Gina Conway, and his stepbrother Kelvin Leerdam, in 2006 to rob two men in a Holiday Inn, in Fort Lee, Northern New Jersey. On September 22, 2006, Max's crew ambushed Allan "Jay" Plowden in room 408 and restrained him with duct tape, while awaiting Plowden's partner, David Taylor. Also in the room was Gissele Nieven. When Taylor arrived, he was immediately shot, point-blank, execution-style, in the head. He did not have any money on him.
The crew fled the scene, Plowden alerted the hotel front desk of the murder. When police entered the room, Plowden was caught trying to take $30,000 out of the room. Plowden was charged with money laundering and identity theft. A week later the duo Conway, Leerdam and coordinator Max B were apprehended and charged with the robbery.
On January 9, 2007 Max B was remanded to Bergen County Jail in New Jersey on a $2 million bail.[8] (Hence the mixtape entitled "Million Dollar Baby")Conway testified against Max B and Leerdam, in exchange for a 18 years sentence on armed robbery and manslaughter. Leerdam received a life term plus 35 years.

Rosado, Jr. was additionally charged on a.ssault and weapons possession.[1]
On February 23, 2011, Rosado, Jr. pleaded guilty to second-degree gang a.ssault and Marcus Rosado, who confessed that he stabbed both of the victims, pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter.[7] Rosado, Jr. was sentenced to eight years in prison.[8] He started to serve his sentence in Downstate Correctional Facility on March 22.
