Did Dr. Dre, Eminem, and Xzibit destroy Jermaine Dupri's career?

Someone posted a pic of Mariah and JD back in the studio and I just remembered how completely irrelevant JD has been since that beef. They really did shut this guys career down just off a couple tracks.

Not at all. JD is a behind the scenes cat for the most part, and the majority knows that.

Right after this beef, he went on to write and produce the Majority of Confessions and the Emancipation of Mimi. Confessions went Diamond, and EoM came close.

Not even including anything ELSE he's done, these are just the two biggest (major pay day) projects that come to mind

From what I could see, he only produced a couple tracks on Confessions. I know JD is mostly a behind the scenes guy but that beef put him completely behind the scenes. He tried to come out with that whack song with Janet Jackson in the video and that sh*t flopped hard. He might be still getting money and producing some tracks but they really did slaughter him and expose him.

JD did an interview and said Dre & Timbaland were overrated and he was a better producer... Timbo & Dre responded and dissed the fu*k outta him. Eminem and Xzibit just jumped in... i guess cause its fun to pick on the midget.
