This. Cole actually putting out some relatable real life sh*t without fluffing himself up and making wild outrageous crack game claims, it's refreshing. It's not luxury rap like Hov, pointless babble like Wayne, or emo-rich n*gga sh*t like Drake.
This right here. People who would rather listen to anything else this year other than maybe Section 80 over this just need to fu*kin k!ll themselves because they're what's ruining rap and they also have the musical taste of teenage girls.
Get your grown man on you fu*kin idiots.
Upon first listen, this sh*t is a 9/10, I think. I didn't know what to expect cuz I really like the tapes so I was kinda worried, but he brought a dope, cohesive album and he really upped his production for this, and it was already dope before.
So much fire on here, and like other smart people said, it definitely feels like an album that will grow on your over time.
Unlike, say, Watch The Throne, which I knew was average at the time of release and I haven't listened to in weeks. KRIT, Cole, Kendrick, the new royalty of rap, most of the old dudes can't keep up with em.
Oh yeah, Cole haters, Cole and Kendrick collab tape coming as well, get mad.
