How did your work regime look? What foods were you eating? As well as your daily routines?
You want to watch me to I see if I fap or lay the pipe to my lady? I don't care what you think anyways. I know I did it and that's all that matters.
I fapped constantly while doing "Starting Strength" and still got GREAT beginner gains.
Current workout regime is an upper/lower split, four days a week. Focus is on the core lifts of course. Everything is done with barbells based on 1RM (except OP, which is done with DB's in 4x8 format). Progress is moved up 5% a week starting with 70% Week 1, with a deload week every 4th week. The process starts over again at 75%, etc.
I clean bulk. Lean meats, fruits, whole milk, whole wheat, peanut butter, almonds, vegetables, oats, etc.
