I mean I wasnt terribly out of shape, skinny fat is used to describe a person who has the characteristics of a skinny person: Skinny arms, skinny legs, not existent traps, no muscle definition, but carries a good amount of weight in their gut and chest. I was 120 lbs through out high school, 6 years later after finishing college I was 175 lbs, I rarely if ever lifted weights, so almost all of that weight was stored as fat. I do have great genetics though, a good metabolism, a hard work ethic, and the dedication which yielded results.

You can skip the 2nd legs day, I usually skip it every other week, or sometimes combine day 5 into day 6 and do them both the same day. Take a little longer but it may be worth the sacrifice.

Those GAT supps arent cheap, I caught them when they had a sale on bb.com. Wasnt planning on buying it until I saw the promo. Buy the preworkout for $40 and get the creatine for $20. They are both great. Havent decided what im going to buy next time around. I dont know what it is about the ZMA, but it gives me some crazy dreams, other ppl reported that too lol.

Ya, I saw the prices, but if it works well, I can see why it is highly priced, hopefully they will have a deal, won't hurt to search around and see if someone has it cheaper though.

That's what I was reading on the site too, people were saying the ON one doesn't do it as much as others, but still happens.

I have a hard time disciplining myself in having breakfast.... also... Do you go out often? Weekends, drinking etc... Thats another thing i try to stay away from.. but it's tough in the summer season.. lol...

I wake up pretty late, so my breakfast is usually around noon lol. As far as going out, maybe once or twice a week. Drink a decent amount, I try not to eat afterwards though.

Besides shakes all I drink is water, so I may go through a few water bottles a day.
Only dressings I put is bbq on my chicken.
Bananas, grapes, watermelon, thats about it.
Dont think any herbs lol
Still getting used to being fit. Sometimes in my mind I still feel like the puny kid I was for 23 years, but I have to remind myself that for the last 6 months ive made great changes, my mind needs to catch up with my body. I feel healthy as fuk though, cardio could be better.

nice before and after transformation. how much did u weight in ur before pic ? i'm looking similiar to that but slightly skinnier. i'm 6'0'' 154.6 lbs... i started working out taking weight gainer, eating healthier and going to the gym 3-4 times a week for the past 3 weeks. so far i'm at 157 lbs.... hopefully i can get somewhere near what your after pic looks like.
