Am I a wizard?

Took september 2010-december 2010 off from training, started in january, injured shoulder february. Biggest gains came from march-now.

At the moment I have a cruise booked for october to the bahamas, so Im going to keep clean bulking for another 3 weeks. Then start a 2 month cut for my trip. I want to get into single digit body fat, around 8-9% for october. That will leave me roughly at 163-165 lbs which will suck, but for the following 4-5 months will be a nice bulk. Next summer after a cut I would like to be around 175-180 lbs single digit bodyfat. Dont know if thats possible but its what im shooting for.

I took layne nortons phat routine and customized it to my liking.

Day 1 is upper body. I hit chest, bis, tris, shoulders, traps twice each within the routine.

For chest I do incline bb bench and cable flies from high/middle/low as drop sets.

On Chest and arms day I do incline bb bench, incline db bench, chest dips, cable flies from high/middle/low with drops sets, and hammer strength incline press.

For abs, I dont really train them much, thats mostly genetic, I do planks, leg raises, and a few machine crunches, but not too often.

Breakfast:
3 scrambled eggs on a roll with american cheese
Protein shake with milk, whey, ice cream, and peanut butter

Lunch:
Deli cut chicken sandwiches or a frozen pizza

Dinner:
Whatever mom makes (steak, ground beef, chicken)

Snacks:
Fiber one bars
Grapes

A buddy of mine just finished a cycle of tren, he told me I should hop on one over the winter bulk. As tempting as it is, Im not sure if im willing to risk it because some of the side effects.

Yup, my boys been lifting on and off since high school, I just started this year. He said id put on solid mass and it would make a noticeable difference, but i struggle with back and shoulder acne, as well as puffy n*pples to begin with. I know gyno is a possible side effect as well as acne, so I wouldnt want either of them to worsen.
