What the fu*k are you talking about?

It's right on the left hand side on CNN, front page on ABCNews, front page on CBS News, front page of BBC, front page on NY Times, front page on USAtoday, front page on Google news, front page on MSNBC.

Should I continue OR would you like to admit you're wrong now? Just because TV channels aren't dedicating every minute to the story does not mean no one is covering the story.

ONLY on Boxden would something like this be mentioned
TV channels are where most ppl who dont dedicate themselves to reading up on sh*t go for news bruh...Im a news junkie so im gonna go scour... but 85 kids get shot and it gets like 2 minutes on cnn...barely mentioned on fox news...sh*t msnbc doesnt even run on the weekends...All im saying is its seems odd that such a huge tragedy isnt getting much media covg...ESPECIALLY from a 24 news media that is always looking for big stories...where are the analysts who disect every part of this guys web history and social interactions...This is the kind of thing you'd expect and im not seeing it... again Dude set off a bomb then went to an islan and single-handed k!lled 85 kids and injured even more and this sh*t gets no tv time??

It didn't happen in America, it doesn't really involve America at all (in any easily traced way), so people don't care that much. Stations aren't gonna focus on it in the same way, because it's not gonna net them ratings.

I get that part...but those bombings in London..got more airtime than this has up to this point...Especially on the 24 hour networks...I cant expect the local abc/cbs/fox/nbc to jump all over this...But the cable comps can...and they havent...now i belive its partly they just dont know what they wanna SAY about it...if it had been a muslim extremist..thats one thing that can fit into a box..they can call analysts and have hosts speak on it...and i truly believe that had that been the case i'd see more about a mass shooting like this all over cnn and fox.... its not the best comparison but i think the london bombings are at least a somewhat similar occurrence.

Above all, Americans care about things that might effect their safety, their money, or famous people. Striking visuals don't hurt either. I don't know that this is getting as little attention as some of you are suggesting, but it's getting less attention than some other things because it doesn't look connected to anyone who is trying to k!ll us also. Right now there's only one person connected for sure, but even if he's connected to others, its seemingly Norwegian right-wing extremists, who are concerned about Norwegian politics.

and HHS anything can be tied back to the American people. Terrorist = what got us in a economy slump, got us at war, got us being monitored as people. When something is labeled Terrorist then the possibilities are endless.... But the real understand that "One Man Terrorist is another mans Hero."

If America can always paint muslims as the terrorist in everybody eyes then its all good for any propaganda. But when they are put in the main front as having terrorist as well What happens? Terrorist are everywhere in all religions. you dont want people to understand that so silence the story.

Supposedly written by the shooter:

Avoid using channels they can monitor for activities involving planning of the operation. Use alias’s when corresponding while doing research. Use software which masks your IP address and other technology while researching via the internet (f example the Tor network, anonymize.net or Ipredator). Be extra careful when researching for bomb schematics (fertiliser bombs) as many terms will trigger electronic alerts. You can consider using other people’s networks remotely via laptop by parking outside their apartment/house. You can also buy an anonymous laptop and browse free from your local Mc Donalds etc. Use software to remove spy ware, cookies etc.
8. If you are in the middle of a WMD “acquiring phase” relating to components needed for a bomb (fertiliser etc), then divide the “acquiring phase into five sub phases in the following order:

• Primary explosive phase
• Fertiliser phase
• Nitromethane/jet fuel/diesel phase
• Remote detonator/timer detonator device phase
• Transportation (renting trucks/vans – you don’t initiate this sub phase until 1 week before the operation)

You don’t start the separate phases until you are completely done with each sub-phase. You DO NOT initiate two or more phases at the same time! You always start with the hardest part – the acquisition of TNT/dynamite/semtex or similar substances, then move on to the next phase. The first sub-phase consists of acquiring TNT/dynamite. As soon as you have acquired f example 100-500 kg you secure it and bury it in an underground cache at a unique and remote location.

More quotes from the book:

4GB AEE PD80 Mini DV DVR Camera

This extremely small and lightweight field camera is used to document your operation. 4 GB is equivalent to 2 hour of constant filming. Ive personally tested it and it works great. Some governments may seize the movie (after you are neutralized) and publish it while others may bury it or even destroy it to protect the multiculturalist ideology. The reason is that they may regard any documentation from the Justiciar Knight as a mockery of their system. On the other hand, they may actually release the film to the press censored or even uncensored. You may want to bring 2 memory chips and attempt to mail one of them, if possible. You place the memory chip in a pre-made envelope (with stamps and the address of a pre-selected news desk that is likely to publish it uncensored). The best option would of course be to upload the digital movie via high speed internet (your Iphone) to a distribution site at the end of your mission. Unfortunately though, uploading 1-2 GB would take at least 3-7 hours. Also, there is normally a 200MB-ish cap on email attatchments so sending the movie to 10-20 newsdesks is not yet an option due to technological limitations. This will off course change at some point in the future.

4. Implementation/execution of operation

Assembly phase completed. You are now ready to start on your final mission. Good luck and give them hell!

End note: I divided my operational phases into the following sub phases:

1. Armour research phase
2. Armour acquirement phase
Purge harddrive, purge evidence, bury armour crate
3. Weapons research phase
4. Weapons acquirement phase
Purge harddrive, evidence, did not bury weapons crate
5. Explosives research phase
6. Explosives acquirement phase
Purge harddrive, purge evidence
7. Explosives manufacturing phase
8. Execution

Creating your mining/agriculture cover before an acquisition phase

Personally, I downloaded Foxit PDF Editor w. serial which allows you to completely rewrite/modify any existing PDF Prospectus with all rights. Thanks to this software or any equivalent you can easily rewrite professional looking prospectuses to suit your specific needs. I first researched the mining industry, through financial/stock channels, especially looking for old mining related prospectuses in relation to small companies which went public (IPO or Initial Public Offering when being listed on a stock exchange) or which had undergone equity/share issue, a process for acquiring capital. I reviewed a total of 14 various mining related prospectuses for small sized companies before I found a suitable prospectus. Optimally, the company should be relatively unknown and in a start up phase as it is essential that the cover is credible (an English prospectus is preferable).

I spent two to three weeks rewriting the prospectus and setting up the correlating website with business card. I may use this cover when I approach suppliers or in a worst case scenario; this cover may create a reasonable doubt during a future trial as it will strongly indicate that I intend to use any future explosives acquired in a commercial manner (surface mining in Nordland and Finnmark), should I ever get arrested. The prospectus and accompanying mining related resources may contribute to create a reasonable doubt in any future terror trial considering the fact that it looks very professional/credible with inclusion of specific blasting sites. Optimally, I should photo-document multiple blast sites (f example 50-100) in order to add to the credibility but I am uncertain that I will have the resources to do that at this point (Nordland and Finnmark is 700-1000 km from Oslo).

As for creating an agriculture cover relating to the acquisition of substantial amounts of nitro-fertilizer; I originally had planned to create yet another agriculture prospectus and website etc. for use in the fertilizer-acquirement phase. However, I will instead just educate myself concerning a realistic case study involving growing sugarbeets on 5-20 acres (fertilizer intensive crop) in either my own country or my neighbouring country. This study will involve insights into related routines and methods for growing sugarbeets, so that I may potentially pass the scrutiny for any fertilizer-store clerk.

End note. Foxit PDF works but is a semi-crappy and relatively unstable software. However, I was unwilling to budget more time to research better “PDF Rewriter software”.

3.26 Avoiding suspicion from relatives, neighbours and friends

Present a ”credible project/alibi” to your friends, co-workers and family. Announce to your closest friends, co-workers and family that you are pursuing a ”project” that can at least partly justify your ”new pattern of activities” (isolation/travel) while in the planning phase.

F example, tell them that you have started to play World of Warcraft or any other online MMO game and that you wish to focus on this for the next months/year. This ”new project” can justify isolation and people will understand somewhat why you are not answering your phone over long periods. Tell them that you are completely hooked on the game (raiding dungeons etc). Emphasise to them that this is a dream you have had since you were a kid. If they stress you, insist and ask them to respect your decision. You will be amazed on how much you can do undetected while blaming this game. If your planning requires you to travel, say that you are visiting one of your WoW friends, or better yet, a girl from your ”guild” (who lives in another country). No further questions will be raised if you present these arguments.

Blaming WoW is also quite strategic due to another factor. It is usually considered ”tabu” or even shameful in our society today to be hooked on an MMO. By revealing ”this secret” to your close ones you are therefore (to them at least) entrusting them with your innermost secret. Usually they will ”contribute” to keeping this secret for you which can be very beneficial. (If people from your ”secondary” social circle ask them they will even usually ”lie” on your behalf (giving you alibi), in order to keep your MMO project a secret.

A long read, but good:

The omnipotence of Al Qaeda and meaninglessness of "Terrorism"
BY GLENN GREENWALD

AP
An injured woman is a.ssisted from a damaged building in Oslo, Friday, after an explosion rocked the city.
(updated below - Update II)

For much of the day yesterday, the featured headline on The*New York Times online front page strongly suggested that Muslims were responsible for the attacks on Oslo; that led to definitive statements on the BBC and elsewhere that Muslims were the culprits.* The Washington Post's Jennifer Rubin wrote a whole column based on the a.ssertion that Muslims were responsible, one that, as James Fallows notes, remains at the Post with no corrections or updates.* The morning statement issued by*President Obama -- "It's a reminder that the entire international community holds a stake in preventing this kind of terror from occurring" and "we have to work cooperatively together both on intelligence and in terms of prevention of these kinds of horrible attacks" -- appeared to a.ssume, though (to its credit) did not overtly state, that the perpetrator was an international terrorist group.*

But now it turns out that the alleged perpetrator wasn't from an international Muslim extremist group at all, but was rather a right-wing*Norwegian nationalist with a history of anti-Muslim commentary and an affection for Muslim-hating blogs such as Pam Geller's Atlas Shrugged, Daniel Pipes, and Robert Spencer's Jihad Watch.* Despite that, The New*York Times is still working hard to pin some form of blame, even ultimate blame, on Muslim radicals*(h/t sysprog):

Terrorism specialists said that even if the authorities ultimately ruled out Islamic terrorism as the cause of Friday’s a.ssaults, other kinds of groups or individuals were mimicking Al Qaeda's brutality and multiple attacks.

"If it does turn out to be someone with more political motivations, it shows these groups are learning from what they see from Al Qaeda," said Brian Fishman, a counterterrorism researcher at the New America Foundation in Washington.

Al Qaeda is always to blame, even when it isn't, even when it's allegedly the work of a Nordic, Muslim-hating, right-wing European nationalist.* Of course, before Al Qaeda, nobody ever thought to detonate bombs in government buildings or go on indiscriminate, politically motivated shooting rampages.* The NYT speculates that amonium nitrate fertilizer may have been used to make the bomb because the suspect,*Anders Behring Breivik, owned a farming-related business and thus could have access to that material; of course nobody would have ever thought of using that substance to make a massive bomb had it not been for Al Qaeda. *So all this proves once again what a menacing threat radical Islam is.

Then there's this extraordinarily revealing passage from the NYT -- first noticed by Richard Silverstein -- explaining why the paper originally reported what it did:

Initial reports focused on the possibility of Islamic militants, in particular Ansar al-Jihad al-Alami, or Helpers of the Global Jihad, cited by some analysts as claiming responsibility for the attacks. American officials said the group was previously unknown and might not even exist.

There was ample reason for concern that terrorists might be responsible.

In other words, now that we know the alleged perpetrator is not Muslim, we know -- by definition -- that Terrorists are not responsible; conversely, when we thought Muslims were responsible, that meant -- also by definition -- that it was an act of Terrorism.* As*Silverstein put it:*

How's that again? Are the only terrorists in the world Muslim? If so, what do we call a right-wing nationalist capable of planting major bombs and mowing down scores of people for the sake of the greater glory of his cause? If even a liberal newspaper like the Times can't call this guy a terrorist, what does that say about the mindset of the western world?

What it says is what we've seen repeatedly:*that Terrorism has no objective meaning and, at least in American political discourse, has come functionally to mean:*violence committed by Muslims whom the West dislikes, no matter the cause or the target.* Indeed, in many (though not all) media circles, discussion of the Oslo attack quickly morphed from this is Terrorism (when it was believed Muslims did it) to no, this isn't Terrorism, just extremism (once it became likely that Muslims didn't).* As Maz Hussain -- whose lengthy Twitter commentary on this event yesterday was superb and well worth reading -- put it:

That Terrorism means nothing more than violence committed by Muslims whom the West dislikes has been proven repeatedly. *When an airplane was flown into an IRS*building in Austin, Texas, it was immediately proclaimed to be Terrorism, until it was revealed that the attacker was a white, non-Muslim, American anti-tax advocate with a series of domestic political grievances.* The*U.S. and its allies can, by definition, never commit*Terrorism even when it is beyond question that the purpose of their violence is to terrorize civilian populations into submission.* Conversely, Muslims who attack purely military targets* -- even if the target is an invading army in their own countries -- are, by definition, Terrorists.* That is why, as NYU's Remi Brulin has extensively documented, Terrorism is the most meaningless, and therefore the most manipulated, word in the English language. *Yesterday provided yet another sterling example.

One last question:*if, as preliminary evidence suggests, it turns out that Breivik was "inspired" by the extremist hatemongering rantings of Geller, Pipes and friends, will their groups be deemed Terrorist organizations such that any involvement with them could constitute the criminal offense of material support to Terrorism?**Will those extremist polemicists inspiring Terrorist violence receive the Anwar Awlaki treatment of being put on an a.ssassination hit list without due process?* Will tall, blond, Nordic-looking males now receive extra scrutiny at airports and other locales, and will those having any involvement with those right-wing, Muslim-hating groups be secretly placed on no-fly lists?**Or are those oppressive, extremist, lawless measures -- like the word Terrorism -- also reserved exclusively for Muslims?

Most people just catch it on tv watch it and keep moving... the majority catch the tv news than internet. and when internet is caught its not from those sites you listed...

Actually, a large chunk of the population gets their news from the internet. While more get it from TV, stations are not going to spend their entire program on this news story. They are going to cover it, move onto the next one and keep going.

And which news site did I not list? The only other major ones were AP News. I covered BBC, Foxnews, CNN, MSNBC, Google News, ABC & CBS News.

The problem is, especially on this site, too many people see news stories like this and try to patchwork some bullsh*t conspiracy that makes no sense and is riddled with holes (like most conspiracies are).

I don't give two squirts of p!ss what some religious nut job thinks of me. You think I'm a d!ck, fine, but the whole free will excuse is a fu*king cop out. That's why I think those who believe in God are fu*king morons. Your hero allegedly created the entire universe after somehow creating himself then created man and gave us free will. He's supposedly glorious in every way imaginable and truly omnipotent. Yet, 91 of his children are gunned down and all of a sudden a scumbag's free will takes precedence over the innocence of 91 children. Why worship that? If God does exist, he's an incompetent chump.

Stay away from main stream thought cause it is made main stream to narrow are perception of the world/universe. Look into it. Take in everything thing you hear but don't believe it all. The more things you learn about OUR world the clearer the the meaning of it all will be. I don't claim to know what it's all about because I don't. Very few people do.

Like I said I'm not trying to offend you. I just see a big problem with the fact that more and more people are coming to the same conclusion you have and just give up on OUR civilization.
