I lost 20 pounds in a little over a week. I don't recommend it, and for the most part, it isn't healthy, but it is possible, even if most of it is water weight (which means your weight will fluctuate once you drink something)

i was fat.. 5'8 225... i had some muscle but still.

i got down to a fit healthy 175 but gained 20lbs after injuring my knee

anyways it is tottally possible. build muscle underneath that fat to help burn those cals.
I'm n a similar situation to the TS i'll try to follow this props

you can try meth..........that sh*t will get you down 20l;bs in 2-4 weeks. Try to workout 2 a days. I use to run a mile-two in the morning before my day started and then a mile walk at nite with my dog. I ate healthy, no meals after 7...not even fruits n sh*t. I ate carbs in the morning and at lunch and then chicken breaks n steamed veggies for dinner. Lots of water and only water nothing else with sugar.

Try it out for 30 days, you might not lose 20lbs but im sure you will be happy with the results and feel. I been doing this for 7 month now and lost 50lbs or so. good luck

Eat 1600-1700 calories a day
Burn 1400-1600 calories doing cardio a day (I do an hour on the elliptical)
You'll lose a pound or 2, sometimes more in my experience, a day


I went from 299 to 220 in about 4 months doing that....if you fu*k up with the calories though or take days off from working out you'll gain it back if your anything like me...


I basically eat mcdonalds grill chicken classic with a large diet coke for lunch and I eat about a 12 chicken brea$t(s) with diet coke or water for dinner. Breakfast varies for me but it's usually something between 400 and 800 calories...

I still eat a lot of fried foods.. lots of fruit, but not so many veggies.. But I don't eat sugar really.. I havent eaten beef or pork in years.. Still eat a lot of fast food... So with all the working out I do, just imagine if I ate better..

Its simple replace soda with mostly water and cut out fast foods simple as that

If you cut out soda and beer just cut that out and replace it woth water you will loose weight

I did pull ups and cardiovascular workout in the form of Basketball 2 times during the week for like 1hr 30 min. The first 3 days I didn't feel like doing anything but after that I was full of energy. The hard part is food is everywhere on tv and on the streets here in LA. You have to have will power.

I worked out but I didn't have my normal energy. When playing ball my clothes were drenched from sweat and I felt like I was going to pass out. So I would recommend not to over exert yourself and like I said I prob. Drunk almost a gallon of water a day though to help me through the diet. Good luck how long are you planning on doing it?
