i been around 235-240 for a minute now, now it's time to get slim....anybody know how i can get to that?

a pound of fat is 3500 calories. If you eat at a -500 calorie deficit you will lose a lb a week (even more, but some will be muscle etc.) Also eating the right foods will cause you to lose the weight faster. Also because you are so heavy right now, weight should shed off fairly easy.

But if youre serious about losing that weight in a month , set a new goal because either youre an idiot or youre just a child

Set a goal toward 10-12 and you'll be good. 20 in a month is unrealistic.

Cut calories and work out, you can cut about 2-2 1/2 a week

i lost like 50lbs in like 3 months. not healthy butttt...

8am wakeup chug water eat a fruit n go to school

12 straight to gym
-stairs 25 mins
-eliptical 15 mins
-use some machines/lift to build muscles that will help burn up calories
-maybe swim & sauna occasionally

3pm go home and chug 2 glasses of water
eat tuna sandwhich on wheat with a little johnny salt slowly

5-8pm eat some fruit + drink hella water

9pm chug more water + eat chicken brea$t - brown rice - veggies/something healthy

11-+> have some fruit or nuts while playing COD all night
i was fat.. 5'8 225... i had some muscle but still.

i got down to a fit healthy 175 but gained 20lbs after injuring my knee

anyways it is tottally possible. build muscle underneath that fat to help burn those cals.

I lost 17lbs in a month when i started working out

Worked out 5 days a week (M-F), gave up junk food/candy/soda and did cardio 2-3 times a week (played BBall once a week and swam 1-2 times a week) and replaced one meal with a protein shake (after the workout)

Not going to lie, it wasnt easy, but if my lazy a.ss can do it, anyone can

I was 5'8 225 with some upper body muscle, and decided i needed to do something. My goal was 50lbs, but its been 7 months and ive lost 35, but have put on quite a bit of muscle and lost 4 inches in my stomach. Went from size 38 pants to a comfortable 34 right now, and wearing M shirts (from L
