speed and power are the most important INNATE qualities that help a boxer become successful...you need one or the other or a good mixture of both. footwork and boxing iq become 2nd tier qualities
no...how many powerful or fast f!ghters with no skill get schooled? ask pascal....yes theyre important but without the other attributes theyre useless

pac fans started starting watching boxing after the cotto win...they dont know sh*t about timing, accuracy, footwork, angles, jabbing, clinching, inf!ghting, feinting etc...

they think u need speed and power...the two most overrated qualities in boxing
Another idiot lol since teaming up with roach pac has excelled in all these things, the angles he hits at are just nuts... Plus his ability to use both hand with power and speed

ummmm so are you saying heart isn't important??? Maybe in basketball it doesn't matter but in a f!ght it matters. How did Chavez beat Taylor, holyfield beat bowe, hell if heart wasn't a part of it then gatti would finish his career with 0 wins....oh thats right....your not really a boxing fan...you watched a couple episodes of 24/7
Meldrick got robbed. He was clearly outboxing him and Richard Steele fu*ked him over.

you know if mayweather wasn't on tv with 50 that would cut about 40% of his fans right...I remember watching mayweather/castillo and nobody gave a sh*t about him those times...and thats when he was actually f!ghting contenders
If May wasn't an undefeated arrogant black boxer, he would have zero haters. You think guys just get on PPV because? They actually have to build a resume. Most Americans don't give a sh*t about small weight classes. It took controversy and dominating performances to get him to the point that he's a global name. Boxing is just as much about how people perceive you as it is about skill.

mayweather couldnt sell a f!ght, literally from a boxing standpoint, till he fought oscar. FACT. and we all know the goldon boy was the draw of that f!ght. FACT. mayweather proved to be a marketing genius as he talked sh*t to the biggest money draw and fan base in boxing since tyson, making the boxing world want to see him lose. FACT. that was in 2007, four years ago (see where im going with this yet?). pacs first f!ght with any of the legends was in 03, against barrera. his next f!ght was against marquez like 6 months later. he became a star to watch with barrera to a superstar after the marquez f!ght. again.....this is all FACT. pacs been selling tickets and ppv's for the past eight years while f!ghting all comers while making the f!ghts exciting.

and the odd thing is, floyds making more money now as boring as he is than he was when he was when he was actually an exciting boxer.

Funny how Pac fans say that he is the main money maker and that he is the draw and doesnt have to agree to any of the demands while Floyd should agree to all of his. The numbers suggest that Floyd is the bigger draw...hmmm

To the clown that said pac only f!ght used up guys may fought you are clueless he f!ghts whoever is out there up and down i class like never before....

Guys he fought that may ducked you forget

Cotto - paq destroyed him may duked him
Antonio margarito- paq destroyed him ... Once again may ducked

So get your facts straight clown before you start posting nonsense ...

As for my opinion on the f!ght- i believe may always had plans on f!ghting paq he will wait until paq wears himself down enough like he has been doing the last few years whily may has been resting and will f!ght him within the next year or 2 ... Think about all the f!ghts paq has been in it is wearing on him and may is picking his spot i do believe he will f!ght him

Kind of like when sugar ray ducked hagler for years may isnt stupid he knew he had no shot to beat him years ago now is his shot
First of all Golden boy and top rank(bob arum) --Cotto,margarito,nonito, and many other f!ghters who are under bob did not do business with golden boy for many years ..

There was a few offers but these to promoters have never been on great business terms.

Cotto's camp was not looking for a mayweather f!ght yet ,they thought cotto needed a few more tune ups...mind you he was bob arums cash cow to puerto rico so why sacrifice that ?

margarito....The mayweather camp has always speculated he was a shady dirty boxer and look what happened he was caught loading his gloves before the shane f!ght in which he was knocked out and has only had 1 win since he was suspended for illegal hand wraps and tampering with a organized sport..he had 1 win since and it was against a journey man from mexico ...In mexico and he won by Ud.

roger mayweather knows what goes behind closed doors..

you my friend dont know sh*t about boxing or the politics
