^^ alright stop redbull and monster. Those only heighten anxiety. Are you experiencing panic attacks? (tingles, blackouts, rapid heartbeat, trouble breathing).
If not you might just be anxious and the best way to cure that is do something you enjoy that's stress free. If your works stressing you take a vacation if possible. If not start exercising regularly. That stimulates appetite and releases endorphines. Also you might wanna see your doctor and see what he thinks. He might prescribe an ssri or something of that nature.
