its the same thing as someone whos not on the block winning pov and taking someone off..they are both safe. so whats the difference if the pov winner is on the block..they should be safe no matter what.
They are safe unless they are stupid enough to use the veto on the other person. It just wouldn't be fair if you could save both people. The only reason the rule is whoever wins the veto can't be nominated is because if that wasn't the rule then nobody would ever use veto unless they were already on the block. I get what you're saying, but it would make the veto far to strong and it'd make it entirely to difficult to get two person alliances out.
