Willie Parker: Redskins don’t care about football, only partying

 http://profootballzone.co .. bout-football/

Former Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington Redskins running back Willie Parker appeared on 93.7 the Fan in Pittsburgh and explained the differences between the Steelers and the Redskins.

“Being in Washington, they don’t care about football. I didn’t feel good from day one there. They weren’t about football. They were about partying,” said Parker.

“If I had my choice, I’d go back to Pittsburgh with my boys,” said Parker when asked where he would like to play this season.
It’s been obvious for years now that the Steelers and Redskins are two organizations that are run in completely different ways. That’s the reason why the Steelers have appeared in three Super Bowls in the past six seasons and the Redskins can’t seem to not finish the season in last place in the NFC East.

Everyone knows that around here...I don't know why more athletes don't want to come to D.C...the Skins, Wiz and Caps players don't do sh*t but party and chill

Portis, Mike Green, Ovechkin, Blatche etc etc.

75% of athletes don't really care if they win, they want to get paid and party...D.C. is the spot for that

Just because he parties doesnt mean he doesnt care about football. I doubt he could win 2 rings and be as good as he is without caring

The thing is DC is waaay different than Pittsburgh. It aint sh*t to do in cold a.ss boring a.ss white trash Pennsylvania but when you in the metro area the whole world at your feet.

strip clubs, bars, hookers on every corner,

you can't expect rich young n*ggas not to take advantage of the area, i guess thats why the steelers, packers, and patriots are so good.
So pretty much the Redskins will never be sh*t

But seriously, depending on what you like, Pittsburgh has a BIGGER nightlife than most cities. It was ranked somewhere as being top 5 majors cities, bar per square mile.

I see the Steelers, Pens and (occasionally) Pirates out in the city every weekend. But, the difference is that the Steelers party hard when they can, but it's back to business Monday.

Sidenote: Chris Kemoeatu is the wildest drunk imaginable. It's scary.

He was a good back for Pittsburgh, too bad for him they didnt resign him. I actually though he would do better somewhere else that ran the ball 30 plus times a game but the skins was not the business.

So true its so funny when people think those athletes live and die trying to win, most could care less if they win a championship or not. If they didn't get paid to play they would be doing something completely different
