i still dont get why people argue about someone who is not retired yet. i will say kobe lost against a team that featured chauncey billups, rasheed wallace, ben wallace, tayshaun prince, richard hamilton. thats a nice starting five. ben wallace won dpoy more than twice. and the rest could hit threes and all played d. jordan had to go against some mean squads too. but a defense like that... eh i dunno if he faced and beat a team in the finals like that team.

and this bigman arguement kinda sucks. would it be safe to say maybe the big men of that era were not as well polished as today's big men? i mean dwight howard is a beast, but he's been to one finals. how worthy is a big men against a run and gun team. plus they didnt score but they set great screens on the bulls. rodman ron harper scottie pippen toni kukoc michael jordan. yall gon tell me thats not a hell of a team? ron harper was a beast before chi. his numbers dipped like sh*t after tho. that made him a guy adjusting to a role. isnt that what the big 3 from boston have had to do?

fu*k Kobe!!!!! If that f*g went to Charlotte which was a bad team like Chicago was at the time Jordan was drafted this would be a non issue. I mean Kobe went to a contender so this argument is bullsh*t.

this video brings up a good point...

the seasons where the lakers werent making the playoffs and getting booted out the first round... Kobe averaged like 35 and 32 those years and those were after Shaq left. Just imagine the stats he woulda had if Shaq was never there? it would be crazy...

at least his teams had winning records tho

 Hold That said:

I bet MJ wouldn't have been Shaq's 2nd option.. We know that for a fact, just by the type of ego MJ has.. He would never settle for being someones second options, and wouldn't give a fu*k if he pissed Shaq off or not in the process..

WIth that said, Kobe still top 5..

Hold that you a cool dude, but that right theres ridiculous. You BET MJ would have been shaqs second option. But also its a FACT? u trippin holmes

Kobe is as good as MJ. If you dont believe this you are a hater. Only thing Kobe has over Mike is probably a better 3pt shot but Kobe isnt a great 3pt shooter so who gives a sh*t. If he was so great at it people would talk about it. Nobody could stop them one on one indivdually in their era. We will never see them play each other in their prime. Only thing you going to argue is stats and achievements. Lets be real is that the only way to prove who is greater player between these two or is it proving who is the greater achiever?

There is only one way to prove who's better in any competition and its going one on one in their prime. No matter if you switch them from each other's era they would still dominate from a offensive and defensive stand point. Kobe/MJ had no competition indivdually but both needed great teams to win chips. The only reason Mike dominated his era he kept his championship team together for 6 and Kobe kept his for 3.
man i accidentally propped u for that bullsh*t.........STFU Mike had 2 separate championship runs, and he made the players around him great. I could go on and on but you seem like a Kobe stan so what's the point
