If you ask me neither team really won especially not the Texans. Bush hasn't lived up to his contract production wise even though he contributed to the Saints winning a SB. Mario has produced numbers but hasn't gotten the Texans to the Playoffs. So no the Texans didn't win and no the Saints didn't lose because lack of production by Bush and a lack of Playoff appearances by Williams a number one pick is lackluster as well. Bush can at least say he's a SB Champion what can Mario say?

O wait he can say he's a Pro Bowler that's it.

Hell no. That's homer. Do you not remember everyone going apesh*t when they picked him. People were saying it was like the Blazers passing over Jordan

I disagree what have they won? How many times have they beaten the Colts? He was drafted to get Manning on the ground. How many times has he sacked Manning? They may have picked the right guy but what has it lead to for the organization? Yeah he has Pro Bowls but those are individual awards. He's the number one overall pick on a defensive front filled with number one picks Ryans, Cushing, Okoye etc. I like Mario but to say the Texans won is false, not being a homer at all.

I'd take Reggie and start him. I would also be in favor of giving him 25-30 carries per game. Any move that = one step closer to Andrew Luck is fully endorsed by me.

Do it, Ireland. Ask him about his wh0ore a.ss mother for the lulz too.

Why are you talking about the team goals when we are talking about 2 players?

The Texans had only been an NFL team for 3 years when they drafted Williams.. you need to remember that. What would the saints have done if they didn't get Brees and got Culpepper? What would the Saints have won? We're talking individual awards bc we're speaking on 2 individual players.

Just on the basis of a productive draft pick added to the fact that the Texans got ROASTED for years for that draft pick= Texans won

For a number pick his impact is not enough that's all I'm sayin I'm not sayin that to justify anything else. Its well known Bush has no where lived up to his expectations I'm not speaking on that. Yeah they picked the right guy but what have they the Texans gained? What are they gonna say "We can't make the Playoffs but Mario is racking up sacks."

this is the year the Texans make the playoffs. they finally drafted all defense [damn near] like they needed too ... picked up some quality players but I question Super Mario's role in the 3-4

and the Texans definitely won by picking Mario. Get a career pro-bowl edge rusher or Reggie Bush/Vince Young [the other 2 players everyone wanted]...

The Texans haven't even been an NFL franchise for 10 years! and they play in the same division as arguably the GOAT QB.

They had/have so many other issues besides DE. What have the Texans gained? Williams is an ELITE DE that's going to beast for years to come while Reggie might not even be a saint next year

There really is no argument of what team won that day

Funny as sh*t though.. look @ these dumbass jets fans they will be losers forever

Crazy thing is that the Saints were prepared to select Mario Williams. The Saints should have took the deal the Jets offered but then again the Saints might have drafted Vernon Gholston

There's no way that the Saints are going to pay Reggie 11 mil to return punts and be the 3rd string back

Reggie has to either take a big pay cut or asked to be traded to Miami
