Just ordered some of this. Was using Mesomorph before that, and honestly that stuff is the craziest supplement ive ever used.

As for Jack3d, i bought it a couple months ago when i first started working out and never once felt anything from it and stopped taking it after a week and started taking NO Shotgun.

I use it now whenever i run out of my current pre-workout, but it just doesnt do anything for me

Ya I consider the 1st 2 sets warmup... Just to get loose... Thats just my routine

Also I feel the added reps help with tone... I have my own personal formula

Well the first 2 (maybe 3) sets are clearly warm-ups so that would be 4-5 work sets. The last 4-5 sets kinda confuse me tho. Maybe a pyramid set/rep scheme? Doesn't seem structured well to me tho why go heaviest second last work set. I know Joe Defranco's WS4SB he works up to the max weight in incremental jumps but the rep range remains fairly constant and his is all over the place. But 315 is a respectable bench number nonetheless.

Anyway I tried jacked and it was good. Made me feel nautious and the beta-alanine tingles drove me crazy so stopped taking it. But two friends are still on it and love it.

I don't follow any set plan... I always do tend to build up and then rep out last set

On my 275 set I was only expecting 5-6 reps and then planned to follow up that set with another set of 275 for 4-5 reps... Then max at 315 or rep out at 225 based on how i felt

I surpassed my expectations and was in the zone and wanted to save energy to get up 315 for 2-3 reps... I did 2 clean and then repped 275 for as much as i could get to finish

I go based on how my body responds, but always make sure i get a solid number of reps in and keep it to 2-3 heavy sets... This is my own self crafted agenda
