Yeh Ahmir Muhammed was the trigger man......Mack set it all up.....Just like he did with the bank robbery a few weeks later.....The LAPD is as ruthless as you can get. Especially back then when they had soooo many scandals, investigations, etc......

Law enforcement have their own "no snitching" movement but try to act like it's wrong for citizens to do the same. The police are of no use to you until you're already dead and they're investigating your murder.

It was stupid grimey huh? Well get this.... I bet you didn't know the shield series was a true story based on the rampart scandal?

Most of the cops in the rampart division was on Suge knights payroll. That's a fact.

And this has been known for over 10 years, but the LAPD swept it under the rug. The composite sketch of the suspect looked exactly like Ahmir Muhammed, down to bowtie. And on top of that, David Mack owned a black 1996 Chevy Impala SS. The exact same car seen speeding away from the scene after Biggie was shot. I mean come on, Scooby Doo and the gang could've solved this murder. All the pieces were right there.

its also fact that both biggie and pac were under surveillance and being followed by feds, fbi, cia....whatever ya wanna call it they were both being watched by some type of law enforcement, so BOTH of their murders should have been solved!

Not dismissing that the gov't had something to do with it, but Pac took multiple shots to the chest, none to the head. You haven't seen the pictures of the BMW with the side of the door sprayed up?

Just some interesting things I saw while looking over these documents:

At the time of his death, the NYPD was running surveillance on Biggie for gun violations and possible murders.

The night of the murder, there were shots fired at the other side of the museum about 2 minutes before Biggie was k!lled. It is suspected that this was planned in order to distract police. Also, a fire alarm was set off inside of the museum and that could've been part of the plot.

Biggie was k!lled with 9mm Gecko rounds. These are manufactured in Europe and were only sold at 2 locations in the USA in 1997 (NJ and CA). LAPD officer and death Row security guard David Mack () had this ammo in his house, but it was never compared to the ammo that k!lled Biggie.

LAPD officer and death Row security guard Kevin Gaines () was a.ssigned to a desk job early September 1996 but was put on special a.ssignment 9/5/96 - 9/21/96 and was seen in Vegas hanging out with Suge Knight and death Row…

LAPD officer David Mack may have used the same tactics for communication and distractions that he used in another murder....

"March 13 1997 2030 hours
Deputy: phoned detective and advised that he had received intelligence information that SouthSide Compton Crips were responsible for Biggie Smalls' murder. The reason why he was k!lled was because Biggie owed money to them for providing security. The reference source was unavailable for fear of gang retaliation"

FBI gathered documents on a used, Blue 1996 Bentley coupe bought by Suave House Inc in Houston on 3/5/1997 and suspected that it could have been used as a getaway car for others involved in the murder.

Witness testimony: Witness says he overheard 2Pac talking with other death Row employees stating how the West Coast is his and if Biggie ever comes out to the West Coast he will be gunned down.

1996 Awards show: Witness testimony

2pac and several unknown males carrying guns jump out and approach Biggie. As they approach Biggie, gun carrying males are told by another unknown male not to shoot him. 2Pac told Biggie at this time to never come back to California or he would be k!lled.

Immediately after the 2Pac murder, Biggie wrote "Going Back to Cali" mocking 2Pac's murder and his threat not to come back.

Another witness said that the car driven by the shooter had no license plate.

The shooter hesitated for a while before shooting, leading one witness to think Biggie was not the intended target.

Witness noticed another car on the sidewalk in the opposite direction Biggie left, so he thinks that it was staged so that there would be a shooter to cover either direction that they might leave in…This car, like the SS Impala used in the murder, also had no license plate.

I noticed how the article said "the shooter hesitated for a moment" before firing. Either he was nervous or this lends credence to the theory that Puff was the intended target.

you can take these FBI files at face value if you want, but those muthafu*kas are notorious (no pun intended) for spreading mis and dis-information....

it's long been a theory that both Biggie and Pac were murdered by the CIA b/c the govt was becoming worried about the influence that they both wielded within the black community and the subversive nature of their music....they didn't want any revolutions gettin started and them being talking heads or leaders within them...so, they did like the did back in the 70's and 60's and created in-f!ghting, starting a beef between death Row and Bad Boy, and stoking the fires all while monitoring what was happening....

Yeah its plausible but im not gonna take the government conspiracy at face value either. The government has infiltrated every group like that (kkk, neo nazi's, ect). I think Suge's cousin getting k!lled at Puff's party started the beef between deathrow and Bad Boy.

I respect ya opinion though.

n*gga wdf does there almost being a shootout have to do with sht? one of BIGGIE'S men pulled out the gun, not Tupac's goons. n*gga you act like Tupac pulled out his sht or something. GTFO wit that blatant a.ss dikridin. They saw each other and were around each other 3 times after Pac got out of jail and on every occasion Pac ain't do SHT. The n*gga was not about SHT, he saw Biggie IN PERSON, FACE TO FACE and did nothing. Facts is Facts, the n*gga was jus a loudmouth.

In 2pac's "THUG ANGEL" part 2 Mutulu Shakur said that the "US government did not want Pac to become a staple in america" and it's kinda of sad.

If this is true, then it proves that Bad Boy Records lied about the night that Pac and death Row stepped to them. Biggie's people said that Pac saw Biggie and Biggie asked Pac what was up and Pac replied, "im just trynna sell records". Biggie's people didnt mention nothing about Pac and death Row popping out with guns and telling him not to comeback to Cali though. If it's is true that Pac and them came strapped and somebody had to tell them NOT to shoot Biggie, then Biggie got punked badly.

I seriously doubt that, 2pac and biggie were music's biggest rap stars, but does't put them in the same catergory as Malcolm X or MLK, government would'nt have done something to that nature. true their known for things likethat , but i dont see it happening to two entertainers. i see it happening to political people, people who stood for a movement, not two rappers. as for this topic this isnt any new info i recall hearing numerous stories about these details. we all dont know who k!lled either of them but i still to this day think Puff and Suge know what happen... mark my word
