Ok so this next week I'm going to go heavy (of course) but just switch up the sets and reps a little bit, before taking a week off for vacation and then starting the new split.

Also here are my final numbers of doing "Starting Strength"

Starting the week of February 28: Weight: 205 lbs.

Squat: 180 3x5

Bench: 165 3x5

Deadlift: 225 1x5

Ending the week of May 27: Weight: 218 lbs.

Squat: 305 5x5x4

Bench: 207.5 3x5

Deadlift: 385 1x5

Maxes as of June 15: Weight: 218.5 lbs.

Squat: 335 lbs. x 1

Bench: 225 lbs. x 2

Deadlift: 405 lbs. x 2

Press: 155 lbs. x 1

Time on program: 16 weeks + some over-training. I also made a mistake by maxing out 12 weeks into the program.

Final a.ssessment: This program is a top notch beginner strength training regime that I highly, highly recommend to anyone that hasn't done it before. This program will help to solidify your squat, something you can carry with you for the rest of your training days. The detail in the book on how to properly perform the lifts (especially the squat and deadlift) is so insanely helpful in it's approach.
