First off, doggcrap training is a highly regarded routine. Look it up yourself. And secondly, I don't carry a fu*ken video camera into gyms on that douchebag sh*t so wait until I get back from my vacation.

Seeing as how u own ur own gym, why don't u post a video of you maxing out in your gym? f*ggot a.ss acting like he trains celebrites and sh*t..name one celebrity you worked with..or drop your own name since ur so popular.

I know what Doggcrap is and highly regarded by who...you? as well as Some bodybuilders who are on steroids and any program would work? Its not highly regarded by legit organizations like the NSCA

So I just read a sh*tload about overtraining on bodybuilding.com and various websites and I'm almost certain that's what I'm going through.

My enrgy levels are next to zero, but my motivation and enthusiasm is still sky high. Body is worn out. I've got some serious aches in my left arm especially, and I swear my neck stings if it's tilted at the right angle. Loss of appettite and diet is off track even though I'm getting enough protein. Been having a hard time sleeping too.

Going to continue to workout through next week then take two weeks off, and start on the 4 day upper lower split enet suggested, with the rep ranges and dynamics Rubix suggested (while continually switching reps and sets). Then after that looking into the 5/3/1 cause that looks nice too.

I'll post pics when I'm in the office tomorrow then if you really don't think so, their all on my work computer.....and your right about Jay, but his desires were't to be like 50 or anything else, it was more just to be in shape for tours and stuff like that, more for health reasons, wasn't about getting big or anything like that. I have plenty of big guys I've trained too who are in better shape than anyone on this board (NFL guys), and I didn't get hired by these guys on a whim I got hired because of what I know, and lifting is a science, most people as well as trainers just pick random exercises and stuff, and yes doin anything is better than nothin so you can get results, but doin things smarter using science will get you better results....and I never said he fabricated anything, he said he was stronger I just said prove it...pics comin tom as soon as I go to my gym

That's funny because it's pretty well documented that jay z, beyonce, mary j blige and etc. are trained by marco borges...a trainer featured in men's health and an author of workout books. Now unless jay z felt like ditching the guy who has trained him for over 3 yrs and who he's paying top dollar on the hour for, for some bi*ch f*ggot that doesn't know a goddam thing about MU recruitment and growth potential, then ill have to call duck fu*ken tales. Ol f*ggot talking about "science" when that so called science he's preaching has been debunked as a myth. Gtfo.

well documented, or you mean you looked it up? lol...clown, Like I said I've trained Both of them, the only reason I can even say their names is because it was before I put the non disclosure in my current contracts. They were before i had it in there. I trained jay before marco and I actually left him because Mary hired me, eventually left mary opened up my own gym and she know works with mark jenkins. Mark and Marco are both aquaintances of mine. Marco I don't know as well, but Mark is a great guy. So your right that is pretty funny that you know how to work the google button ...heres just some, have tons more with kim k, kanye, reggie bush, you name it.....and yes working out is a science, its all physics, very simple, you obviously need to get those numbers up because you would have posted a video by now if they were impressive, but their not...so if you want I'll give you a discount on a training package to get you over that plateau
