You're asking me to prove a negative. That's illogical. The burden of proof is on your to prove a connection.

thats ironic because havnt they always held the position that HARRP was a testing facility (or a proving ground for ideas, as if it is College Professors being housed there) not a military facility?

haarp may not be directly at fault.

now, there are a LOT of direct relation to the haarp readings and major natural disasters, with most activity happening a few days before the disasters.

BUT there isnt anything saying they are at fault. maybe they are reading changes in the atmosphere that are naturally caused. kind of like an early warning system

Anything with the Pentagon pulling the strings is bound to end up being used in war sometime.

DARPA, in particular:

HAARP, the world’s largest and most capable ionospheric research facility, will serve the U.S. scientific and defense communities for the next 30 to 50 years.

HAARP is the only conspiracy theory I believe really

that s**t is so real its not even funny. Its a military weapon really no sense in denying it.

but to think HAARP caused the Japan earth quake I think thats reaching a bit.

US Navy ships joining Japan relief effort

(Reuters) The nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan arrived in Japan at 1 p.m. EST on Saturday to a.ssist relief efforts after Japan's massive earthquake and tsunami.

Other USS aircraft carriers are also on their way there....also, to help Japan boost their "self-defense forces" operations.

Japan has for decades, been gradually building a personal army behind the guise of a "self-defense force."

War strategies as well as "aid" operations.

Hmm, aren't we like days away with war with North Korea? What better way to align our navy then to trigger a quake in Japan that causes a Tsunami, so we can move our ships where they need to be blindly to the enemy? I'm just saying.

Nothing has to come out of every rise in the HAARP reactor ... maybe it was softening the fault line? I'm not saying it's true ... but doesn't seem kind of weird that Wednesday in Northern Japan (Same area where the 8.9 hit) was struck with a 7+ and two mid 6's?

It is a strategic placement if we do have plans on attacking North Korea, or fear they might do something stupid.

Acting like HAARP isn't some kind of Military weapon is moronic. Why has it been created if not for protection, and a very powerful weapon against missles? Do some research and find out for yourself instead of making moronic claims that this couldn't have been possible.

I'm not saying it is what happened, or anything. But seems kind of fishy that this type of s**t happens in a place we need to control a little better.

You guys hate without researching s**t. Haarp does exist; now was it used on Japan, who the hell knows. Also if you actually read news and looked around (not cnn) youd know that the SUPER MOON is a real thing: again do we know its effect fully, no but it is there. March 12-March19, the moon will be as close as it gets to the Earth. This happens every 18 years DOoSHES

you do realize that magnnetometers have been used for a while, when it comes to attempting to predict earth quakes.

meaning that they would sense the shift of the earth and the change in the magnetic field. maybe the magnetometers at haarp are just feeling it before it happens
