i find it amusing that half of the post in this thread is off some hateful s**t smh..
but anyway we should rejoice son had a monster game the sky's the limit for the kid.
Not hating at all, I'm sure he's got talent but we get spoiled watching people play ball over here, overseas ball is like kindergarten level compared to here.
It's not hate, but it's just you'll hear things like this overseas all the time. Like Mikeal Pietrus before he went to the NBA, and they called him the French Michael Jordan to take over the NBA.
Jiri Welsch which I guess he was known as the European super guard entering the NBA.
Yi Jialian got the biggest hype of them all. He was known as the Chinese Allen Iverson.
Plus, the myths about Ricky Rubio which I found out recently this guy average up to 3-4 fouls before the 2nd half with a jump shot that makes Rondo's look like Set Shot Bob from the movie The Phish That Saved Pittsburgh.
Even Jan Vessely got some serious hype behind him from entering this years draft class after pulling out from last years draft. Tiago Splitter who was suppose to be the Duncan 2.0 but nothing is shown from him this season.
God knows what about Fran Vasquez when he comes next season with the hype saying he's another Dwight Howard.
It's just testing international waters on finding that star player is like a hit or miss. No one can be Petrovic, Sabonis, Ming, Kukoc, Nowitzki, or so on. Because people tend to look at them and not drafting the deserving players on what we all witnessed 2010-2011 draft with Wesley Matthews, Sherron Collins, and others not being drafted.
