1996 Allen, known for being a neat freak, doesn't seem very happy with the mess made by roommate Travis Knight in their dorm room. 1997 Allen was drafted fifth overall by Minnesota in 1996 and was promptly traded to the Bucks along with Andrew Lang for Stephon Marbury. In the 2005-06 season, Allen set a career-high with 269 three-pointers made in only 78 games played. 2008 Allen applies paint to the walls of Laurel Elementary School during the Day of Service during All-Star Weekend in New Orleans. Allen has been an active member of the community during his career; he started the "Ray of Hope" Foundation in 1997 to aid a number of sports-related and community-based charities. 2008 Allen and his wife, Sharon Walker Williams, have two sons, Walker and Ray III.
