Y'all people that say he is right to turn down the deal are thinking backwards. Who cares what other garbage players got better deals in the past.

This is gonna be 98-99 all over again.... EXCEPT WORSE!!! A third of the teams in the league are losing money right now. Owners are NOT about to roll over. Stern has an agenda. Players have no leverage.
I'd bet that minimum wage in the league stays the same, maybe gets increased. Everyone other contract though... downhill. So, to me... the yard stick that y'all are using to measure Perkins' current worth, is totally irrelevant, because next year the league will redefine the 'yard'.
