Wow, ain't done sh*t since saturday since the hand/wrist just got worse and worse. Got x-rays on my hand and no fracture which is good. Been getting therapy on the hand and at a point I won't nurse it anymore. "Lighter" upper body session tomorrow morning...

I've been bored as sh*t. There is a difference dealing with an injury say to just being lazy and not doing any exercise.
