Pushed 200 a couple weeks ago. Biggest form tip you can keep reminding yourself is to keep those elbows tucked and don't cheat on the heavy sets.

5/3/1 is great for increasing max while training at sub-max effort.....

Not much has changed other than gaining some mass. Bulking & cutting are not top priority for me. I'll post up some "carb loaded" pics from when I tested my 1RMs and some current ones.

Nice..... One foot vert is hard to improve... my 2 foot has got better from from jump rope and weighted vest, but the 1 foot stays the same.

Jumping off one, flexibility and strengthening the feet helped get back single-leg jumps.

Corrected some errors on the top-half press allowing me to push more weight and not fatigue my delts like I was doing before. Very efficient this go-around finishing in 60 or so mins.
