I wish my gym had a 45 degree hyper.

My gym keeps the hyper and ghr upstairs behind all the cardio equipment. I'm pretty sure I'm the only one that uses them.

Do you goto a public gym? All I've seen is 45-degree hypers. Only time i'll see a GHR or reverse-hyper is an athletic training complex.

Meds took a toll on my gut and was only taking 20b CFUs causing some serious low back pain. Now taking 60b CFUs and got much treatment on back. Did a 'military' session on Saturday with 175lbs for 2.
