I'm going to be coming into anywhere between 9k and 18k in the next two weeks. After some of my debt gets paid down, i'll probably grab some commodities like oil, and maybe some silver. I'm currently interested in some underperforming companies that have a history of bouncing back. Any ideas?
Well most under performing companies don't have a history of bouncing back. I mean, there's CSCO (which had earnings today and beat) ..they've under performed in the past and beat today. But, I guess HPQ would be one.
But if you plan on buying stock long term, you should really be looking for stocks that will outperform in the future. Look for stocks that are currently undervalued.
With the recent crash, there are a few stocks that are trading below book value, which is crazy. Doesn't happen too often. But BRK.B is one of them.
