Im a firm believer that all routines should start with compound lifts and work their way into isolation and finish off with one machine exercise.
It k!lls me to see my best friend who has been lifting since high school come into the gym and go straight for the dumbbells and start curling. Hes such a f*ggot, but I cant tell him anything. Hes like the situation, huge bis and tris, tiny forearms, decent traps, btu no chest or abs. He not proportioned, he looks a lot bigger than me because of his arms, but hes only 9 lbs heavier.
