I'm saying this question is stupid as f**k and for anyone to even pose this question shows how good Matt Ryan is. Fans of the packers and FALCONS shouldn't even answer bc we both know what way were going. It's not like Colts fans would say they want Brady.
Matt Ryan takes over a 4-12 team right out of college=3 years later 9-2 best record in the NFC
Aaron Rodges takes over a 13-3 team that lost the NFC championship game in OT after 3 years of learning the offense= 3 years later 7-4, 2nd in their division
Rodgers isn't the only reason we're 7-4 right now. And you're looking too deep into those numbers, anyway. Rodgers went 6-10 after Brett Favre left a 13-3 super bowl-possible team, but the defense, special teams and penalties k!lled our season. Rodgers went 11-5 a year later and lost in the wildcard, but the defense and penalties lost that game. Rodgers carried this team on his back for two years, but it's a TEAM, so when two out of three phases aren't doing what they are supposed to be doing, it's hard to win anything.
As it stands, Rodgers is the better QB in a system that still needs work (and don't forget our MASH unit. We are by far the most hurt team if not in the league, then in the NFC.) Ryan is also a great QB in a system that's clicking and seemingly can't be stopped. Nothing to be mad at, just how it is right now. And don't act like the Falcons are so far ahead of the Packers. I hate playing the "if" game, but we both know that game Sunday could've gone either way, and we could've ended up with the same record. You're really not saying anything, but eh.
